*From 1952-2017, AFDOSS held two Annual educational conferences (AECs) every year. Spring conferences rotated through the region, while Fall Conferences were held in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. For 2018, AFDOSS started rotating the AEC's around the region in odd-numbered years, with conferences in Gatlinburg to be held on even-numbered years. 2018 marked the first year since 1951 that AFDOSS convened a single annual educational conference.
