AFDOSS and the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s Food Safety Branch co-hosted the 2018 Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Retail Food Protection Central Region Seminar. The FDA Retail Food Protection Seminar is for any and all food safety practitioners and policymakers who work in government, industry, and academic sectors.
