Those who have attended AFDOSS say the Live Auction event is a networking highlight of the conference. Help make this year’s live auction a huge success by donating a souvenir, keepsake gift, or novelty item — then be sure to attend the auction and make your bids! You can bring or ship your donations to the hotel. Tables will be set up in the back of our conference room starting on Sunday during the Welcome Reception. You can display your donations with details and an estimated value of the donation. On Monday evening, following the Awards Banquet Dinner, the Live Auction immediately takes place in our conference meeting space.
Items will be awarded to the highest bidder. Payments are due prior to the close of the conference. Payment can be made using cash, credit or check.
Have fun and show your support, because as our professional auctioneer and RAFDOSS member Buddy Woodson will tell you, “it’s for the kids!” All auction proceeds benefit the Mary Logan Scholarship Fund, which supports undergraduate scholarships for deserving students in their third year of college who plan to serve through a career in research, regulatory work, quality control or teaching in an area related to some aspect of foods, drugs or consumer product safe.

Donated items for the auction may be shipped directly to the Park Vista.
Shipments should be sent 4-5 days prior to the event.
